GMS Academy First Grade College

GMS Academy First Grade College was established in the academic year 2011-12 by Srishyla Educational Trust (R), Bheemasamudra with the vision to provide quality Science and commerce education to the rural students. The Founder President of the Trust was Late Sri. G. Mallikarjunappa the then Honorable Member of Parliament, Davangere.

He had a strong desire to uplift the education levels of the sub-urban and rural youth. Srishyla Education Trust (R) Bheemasamudra runs over nine Educational Institutions to fulfill the dreams of the visionary founder and statesman Late Sri. G. Mallikarjunappa. The trust is engaged in various Philanthropic activities to develop the society.

GMS is the only institution which provides education 4.0 in the city of Davangere. The program has been introduced with special ADD courses for special learning of student .

Education 4.0 is introduced to enhance the skills of students as per the industry requirements (C2C).
We caters to the needs of the students for structuring them for education 4.0.
Learning is taken place anytime anywhere; e-learning tools offer great opportunities for remote, self paced learning which is required for industrial revolution.
Students are introduced to harder task before certain mastery level is achieved in programming languages.
Students are exposed more on hands-on learning via internships, mentoring, digital learning and collaborative projects.
